Tier 5 – Insight & Growth Athletic Sports Counseling ($150 per session)

Mental Performance Coaching & Athlete Well-Being

Designed for student-athletes, competitive amateurs, and professionals, this tier integrates psychological science with performance coaching to improve mental toughness, focus, motivation, and emotional resilience.

Athletes learn to manage pressure, build confidence, overcome performance blocks, and navigate the complex relationship between personal identity and competitive athletics.

High school and collegiate athletes
Professional and semi-professional athletes
Individuals preparing for tryouts, tournaments, or high-pressure events

This tier provides specialized consultation services for attorneys, courts, schools, employers, and community organizations seeking expert insight into behavioral patterns, mental health concerns, assessment interpretation, or program development.

Consultation Areas Include:

Behavioral and psychological case interpretation
Substance use risk analysis (based on test data or behavioral history)
Court-related consultation (attorneys, probation, custody cases)
Workplace and employee wellness evaluation
School and youth program behavioral planning
Parenting, family dynamics, and relationship consultation
Program development support for organizations

Fee Structure:

$250 per hour, depending on scope, documentation requirements, and level of expertise needed
Flat-rate project or report fees available upon request

Review of psychosocial, relational, and behavioral history
